## Modern Selling Cohort
An invite-only, application-based implementation programme run with your organisation, £8,000 as a one-off, for up to 50 reps.

- Seven stages: Build the Foundation (see the system), Automate the Work (remove the waste), Define Excellence (define excellence), Build Your Stage (build your stage), Understand the Conversation (observe reality), Develop the Human (develop people) and Scale What Works (scale what works).
- Leadership works approximately one stage ahead to understand, decide, standardise and prepare. Sellers learn, practise, build and apply. Eriqa observes, measures and informs what happens next.
- The programme modernises sales infrastructure and human capability alongside the client. It is not an AI course, prompt engineering course, sales methodology or Eriqa product demonstration.
- Success is measured through capability and capacity: admin hours removed, selling time released, coaching time saved, competency improvement and demonstrated ability.
- The base plan, Act & Enable and Modern Selling Community are included for the duration of the cohort.
- Graduates retain community access to updated playbooks, training, agents, resources and videos. Organisations can reuse the assets with future team members.
- The cohort is not required in order to buy the software.
