# Features

## Ingestion
- Connect a Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint folder you explicitly nominate. Eriqa only ever reads the folders you designate.
- Diallers and recorders: Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom, CloudTalk and others via Zapier, plus direct upload.
- Every rep imports their 30 most recent historical conversations at setup; everything after that is forward only.

## Quality scoring
- Score every conversation against your own scorecard, or a standard framework such as BANT, MEDDIC or SPICED.
- Every score carries evidence: a timestamped citation and the transcript excerpt behind it.
- Frameworks and scorecards are edited per client in Client settings, and reps are assigned to them there.

## Competency and skill levels
- Four levels: Foundation, Proficient, Advanced, Expert.
- Spider and heatmap views compare the current period with the previous one, per rep and per skill.
- Coaching recommendations pull the top three gaps against the Expert baseline.

## Insights hub
- All charts and numbers live in one tabbed hub: `/app/insights` for managers, `/rep/insights` for reps.
- Sticky scope bar with a date range and rep filter across every tab.

## Weekly Focus
- All coaching advice lives in Weekly Focus. One theme per week per person, chosen from the evidence.
- Daily check-in emails through the week keep that single theme in front of the rep.
- The Week Ahead email on Monday sets the plan; the rest of the week reinforces it.

## Behaviour Change Ledger
- Proves behaviour change per conversation: was the coached behaviour present, absent or partly present in later conversations.
- Never uses a score delta as proof.

## Ask me anything
- Free-text questions over your own conversation data, on `/app`.
- Answers are grounded in your data and cite the conversations behind them.
- A drag-and-drop module grid keeps the things you ask most often in view.

## Act & Enable (bolt-on)
- Coaching work with an owner, a due date and a status.
- Evidence attached automatically from real conversations, so every task points at a moment.
- Coach notes prepared for every one to one, and a review queue tied to a specific skill or quality point.
- Governance: proof of what was coached and what changed.

## Method (account add-on)
- A governed knowledge layer over the drive, intranet and training content you already own.
- Every document gets an owner, a version and a review date; the assistant answers with the approved source cited.
- Generates draft coaching material, briefings and playbook updates from live conversation evidence.

## Reporting
- One master report per client aggregates every rep in the range. There are no standalone rep reports.
- Recurring schedules with relative lookbacks, an auto-ingest phase before each run, and delivery to email, Slack, Teams, Drive or OneDrive.
- Export to Google Docs, Word or PDF depending on the provider you signed in with.

- Eriqa publishes an MCP server at https://mcp.eriqa.io with 126 tools.
- Use Eriqa from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok or any MCP-aware client: ask what to coach, generate the session, pull reports.
