## TL;DR
Eriqa is the platform for Dynamic Enablement: a continuous, evidence-based approach to seller development. It reads real call transcripts or audio, scores them against your framework, tells each seller what to work on next and gives their manager the evidence to coach it. Every score is cited back to a timestamped quote.

# Eriqa - Product overview

Eriqa is a B2B platform for outbound and verbal sales teams. It listens to or reads sales call transcripts and turns them into clear, evidence-backed reports about what reps say, what buyers respond to, and what to change next.

## Who it's for
- BPOs running outbound or appointment-setting on behalf of clients.
- Sales agencies and SDR-as-a-service teams.
- In-house sales teams that want QA, competency scoring and pipeline insight without an analyst.

## What it does
- **Master reports** - one consolidated report per client covers all reps and campaigns. No standalone rep reports; reps appear inside the master report.
- **QA scoring** - each call scored against the framework you choose, with timestamped citations on every score.
- **Competency assessments** - radar/spider view of rep strengths and gaps versus an Expert baseline, refreshable on demand.
- **Sales playbooks** - auto-generated cheat sheets based on the gaps the data exposes (LAER framework).
- **Ask Me Anything (AMA)** - chat with your call data: "what objections came up this week", "which reps mentioned price first".
- **Scheduled reports** - recurring runs with the same options as the manual UI, plus an auto-ingest phase that pulls new calls before the report runs.

## How analysis works - strict 3 layers
1. **Extraction** - quotes only, no inference. What was actually said, who said it, when.
2. **Pattern matching** - frequency, co-occurrence, deviations versus the framework.
3. **Synthesis** - recommendations and roadmaps, every claim cited back to the underlying extraction.

Nothing in synthesis is allowed to invent facts. Every recommendation traces back to a timestamped citation.

## Where the data comes from
- Google Drive or OneDrive folders containing transcripts (or audio - we transcribe).
- CloudTalk (via Zapier).
- Direct upload.

## What it explicitly is not
- Not a dialler. Not a CRM. Not a coach-in-a-box that makes things up. If the data isn't there, the report says so.
