What Dynamic Sales Enablement means
Dynamic Sales Enablement means helping your team get better all the time, using what their real conversations show. AI does the listening and spots the patterns. People do the coaching, the practice and the follow-up, as part of the working day.
Old model, new model
The difference is where coaching starts.
The old way was not silly. It was the best you could do when listening to conversations took hours and nobody had the time. That has changed.
The loop
Real conversations become facts. Facts become coaching.
Nine steps that run all the time, as part of the working week rather than on top of it.
- 01
Observe
Every conversation is captured and read, not sampled.
- 02
Understand
What actually happened, cited against the transcript.
- 03
Prioritise
The one or two things that would move this seller most.
- 04
Guide
A specific next step, personalised to the seller.
- 05
Practise
Rehearse the behaviour before the next live conversation.
- 06
Coach
The manager arrives with the evidence already in hand.
- 07
Apply
The behaviour is tried in real selling, not a workshop.
- 08
Measure
Did the behaviour change, and did it hold?
- 09
Learn
The result becomes the evidence for the next cycle.
The loop does not end. Each cycle produces the evidence that starts the next one.
Principles
Five rules the model runs on.
Evidence before opinion
Decide what to coach from what was actually said, not from who happened to be listening.Individual before generic
A team average tells you nothing about what one person should work on this week. All the time, not now and then
Your team sells every day. A workshop once a quarter cannot keep up.Human and AI, not human versus AI
AI can listen to everything, which no manager can. Managers bring judgement, challenge and follow-up, which no model can.Did conversations change, not how busy we were
Courses finished, conversations analysed and sessions held are just activity. The real question is whether conversations got better.
Why now
AI changes what is possible.
Listening used to be the hard part. A manager could get through a few conversations a week, so coaching was based on that small sample. Everything else followed from it: training built for everyone, feedback that arrived late, and advice based on one story.
Now that listening, remembering and spotting patterns are cheap, the hard part moves. Information is no longer scarce. Time, judgement and trust are.
That makes managers more valuable, not less. The point is to spend their time on the conversations where it actually makes a difference.
What AI provides
Listening, memory and patterns
It hears every conversation, remembers what each person has already worked on, spots patterns, and turns that into specific advice. What humans provide
Judgement, trust and follow-up
The background a model cannot see, the challenge it should not make, the trust that makes feedback land, and the follow-up that turns a next step into a habit.
Eriqa is the software that runs Dynamic Sales Enablement.
It needs facts from real conversations, advice people can act on, and proof that conversations got better. That is what the software does.
