Method

The playbook that improves with evidence.

A sales playbook takes months to write, months to train, and ongoing coaching to enforce it. Method checks every step against your real conversations, drafts improvements from the evidence, and tests them before anything changes. You approve every update, and Method keeps showing you what needs review.

Your source systems stay authoritative. Method consolidates and governs the references to them, so nothing has to be moved out of the drive, intranet or LMS you already use.

The old way

Months to build. Weeks to train. Nothing enforces it.

Every playbook in history has been built the same way, and every one of them drifts.

Months to write

A sales playbook is a quarter of workshops, drafting and arguing before anyone agrees on version one. By the time it ships, the market has already moved.

Months to train

Rollouts, team sessions, role plays, refreshers. Weeks of everyone’s time to get one version of one method into people’s heads.

Nothing enforces it

Then you hope. Nobody checks whether the playbook is being followed, whether it still works, or whether buyers still respond to it. Most go stale within a year.

The playbook, enhanced one step at a time, informed by what the market actually responds to.

The loop

Watch, diagnose, draft, approve, test, update.

This loop runs continuously against every step of your playbook. It is the reason the playbook keeps itself current, instead of waiting for next year’s rewrite.

  1. 01

    Every step is observed

Eriqa checks each step of your playbook against the real conversations where it applied: was it attempted, was it done well, and did the conversation move forward?

  2. 02

    A verdict, not a vibe

A deterministic engine gives every step one of six verdicts: working, not being used, not done well, a skill gap, rarely comes up, or not enough evidence yet. Same data, same answer, every time.

  3. 03

    Evidence attached, always

No verdict arrives on its own. Each one ships with the conversations, the quotes, the counts and a confidence level, so you can check the thinking before you trust it.

  4. 04

    A challenger is drafted

When a step itself is the problem, Eriqa drafts an alternative version, built from the wording and the real quotes that prove the point. It is a draft. Nothing runs on its own.

  5. 05

A human approves, then it is tested

You pick the reps who try the challenger. Everyone else keeps the current version. The two are measured against each other on real conversations.

  6. 06

    The playbook updates

If the challenger wins by a clear margin, it becomes the new version, with who approved it and why kept forever. If it does not, it is dropped. Either way, your playbook just healed a step.

The Library

Ask for what you need. Get the current approved answer.

The same governed Library behind your playbook can hold the wider material your team uses every day. Ask in Eriqa or through a connected AI agent, and Method returns only approved, current material for that client, with the source and version cited.

Relevant case studies and proof

Find the strongest approved examples for the buyer, sector or situation in front of you, including quotes and testimonials held in those documents.

Documents and approved passages

Ask for the policy, playbook section, product detail or other information you need and see the exact document and version behind the answer.

Brand guidelines and deck templates

Give people and AI agents the current language, presentation templates and brand rules without making them search through folders.

Approved copywriting skills

Use governed skills and source material to prepare drafts while keeping unapproved or out-of-date guidance out of trusted answers.

One simple question

“Which three case studies are most relevant to this automotive client?”

Method searches approved case studies, proof and related documents for that client, then returns the relevant passages with their source and version.

Upload files and dictated notes directly, or connect nominated Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint folders. New and changed material waits for approval before Eriqa or another AI agent can treat it as true.

The guardrails

The rules are in the code, not the brochure.

Every threshold below is a real setting in the platform, visible to account owners and adjustable by them. These are the defaults.

It never judges a step too early

A step needs to come up in at least 20 conversations before Eriqa says anything about it. Below that, the verdict is simply "not enough evidence yet".

Struggling reps never count against a step

If some reps do a step well and others cannot, that is a coaching need, not a playbook problem. The spread between your best and worst reps is checked before the scripts or wording are ever blamed.

A change has to win clearly

A challenger needs at least 20 conversations on each side, and it has to beat the current version by at least 10 points. Fifty-five per cent against 50 is too close to call, so nothing changes.

AI drafts, people decide

Eriqa never updates a playbook on its own. Every change arrives as a draft with the conversations that prove it, and nothing goes live until a named person approves it.

Every version is kept

Each change is versioned with the person who approved it and the evidence behind it. You can always see what the playbook said, when, and why it changed.

Six verdicts. No guessing.

Working, not being used, not done well, a skill gap, rarely comes up, or not enough evidence yet. The engine is deterministic: the same conversations always produce the same verdict.

What flows onward

Turn the approved playbook into draft scorecards and skills.

When a playbook change is approved, Eriqa drafts updated scorecards and skill frameworks, shows exactly what changed and alerts the owner. A person approves before anything goes live, and changes apply to future conversations only.

  • An owner or administrator can create a new draft scorecard from the current approved playbook, with each question linked to the Method item it measures.
  • They can create a new draft skill framework from the same approved playbook, with each skill linked to its source item.
  • Everything arrives as a draft for a human to review before it is used to score anyone.

Privacy

Your material stays yours.

  • Document text is extracted and indexed on the platform, not sent to a third party to be read.
  • Cited answers are served from your own approved material, inside your own account.
  • Draft generation only happens after an account owner or admin gives explicit, revocable consent in the product.
  • Generated drafts are untrusted until a human approves them, and are excluded from cited answers until then.
