Question 1

What is Eriqa?

Accepted Answer

Eriqa is software for phone sales teams. It reads your real conversations, scores them, tracks each person's skills and helps managers coach. Every score links back to the moment in the conversation it came from.

Question 2

How is Eriqa different from a dialler or CRM?

Accepted Answer

Eriqa does not make conversations and does not hold your pipeline. It reads the conversations you already make and tells you what is working and what to change. It sits alongside your dialler and CRM.

Question 3

Do I need transcripts, or can you use audio?

Accepted Answer

Both. If you already have transcripts we ingest them directly, which is cheaper. If you only have audio we transcribe it.

Question 4

How does analysis work?

Accepted Answer

In three steps. First we pull out exactly what was said, with no guessing. Then we look for patterns in those facts, such as what keeps happening and where conversations drift from your framework. Then we write up the advice, with every point linked to a moment in a conversation. Nothing can be invented at the last step.

Question 5

How much does Eriqa cost?

Accepted Answer

Eriqa is £79 per rep per month, or £790 per rep per year, with a minimum purchase of 3 reps, so plans start at £237 a month or £2,370 a year. Audit, Coach, Act & Enable and the Modern Selling Community are all included. The annual price is twelve months for the price of ten, paid upfront.

Question 6

What can I add and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Method is the only additional paid option. It is priced per account and is available on annual Eriqa plans only.

Question 7

What is Act & Enable?

Accepted Answer

It is the coaching project management centre. Coaching work with an owner and a date, the conversation moment attached as evidence, coach notes prepared for every one to one, and proof of what changed. It is included with every Eriqa licence.

Question 8

What is Method and how is it priced?

Accepted Answer

Method is the governed knowledge layer. It connects the drives and document sites you already use, gives every document an owner, a version and a review date, and answers questions with the exact approved source cited. It is priced per account rather than per rep, on annual plans only: £4,950 a year for up to 25 reps, £9,950 for 26 to 75 reps and £17,500 for 76 to 200 reps. More than 200 reps, or several accounts, speak to our team for a bespoke quote. You can buy Method online with your plan.

Question 9

Is Act included when I add Method?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Act is included with every Eriqa licence. Method is the only additional paid option.

Question 10

What counts as a paid seat?

Accepted Answer

Anyone whose conversations come into Eriqa and get scored. You only pay for reps whose conversations are scored. Managers, leaders, enablement and admin users are free on everything, community included.

Question 11

What happens if I add or remove sellers mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Add someone and you pay for the rest of that month only, so their conversations count from day one. Remove someone and the change takes effect at your next renewal. We do not refund part months.

Question 12

Is there an enterprise option?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bigger teams, several brands, regulated work or special sign-in and support needs are priced individually. Book a conversation and we will work it out with you.

Question 13

Do you train on my data?

Accepted Answer

No. Customer data is never used to train any model.

Question 14

Where is data stored?

Accepted Answer

In the EU. The AI processing runs on Anthropic, Google and OpenAI under business terms, so your data is not used for training and is not kept after the request.

Question 15

Is data isolated per client?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each account is walled off from every other one, and that is enforced by the database itself rather than by the app.

Question 16

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

Most teams are up and running in under a week. Connect a Drive or OneDrive folder, pick or upload the skills framework you want to use, then run your first report.

Question 17

Do you integrate with my dialler?

Accepted Answer

We can read from Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, direct upload and CloudTalk through Zapier. Most diallers can save transcripts to a folder we then read.

Question 18

Can I use Eriqa inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Grok?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We publish an MCP server, so AI tools that support MCP can ask questions about your conversations and run reports. See /mcp.
